Feel for the guy, but this feels a little selfish. People get into funks and saying peace out, i'm not feeling it, even after a year makes you wonder why he didn't look to the team to try to find a new vision. Anyway, easy to judge from the cheap seats, having run my own shop its just hard for me to imagine walking away in these set of circumstances.
