I particularly love this in my own city shortly after winter. All of the pent up people out are so excited to talk to strangers and just be outside. "Have you seen this weather!?" it's my favorite it's the ultimate unifying event. People feel indivisible for a few short weeks.

agree, and duties for the same are mostly done so ppl often living more freely

i prefer in the morning when people are going to work, i would just sit at a local cafe and people watch
