My guess is in the SBC / SoM markets, and just a lot of things that have some sort of SoC that requires DRAM, the LPDDR4 EoL 2026 and lack of supply is really squeezing a lot of companies - hence the price keeps going up every few weeks, and they don't want to deal with it. Pretty nuts, this is what futures markets are for
