We’ve shipped the first three roc.camera devices from /faust and more start going out today 🪨 🎉 Back in Oct 2024 we set a north star: build a camera that captures verifiably real moments for humans in the age of AI And so here is our raw v1: 80% now, working on the last 20% -- excited to start testing that hypothesis today We’ve been beta testing with a few folks the past few weeks and ironing out bugs / issues. Big thanks to the folks that have been willing testers (@7858.eth, @nicholas and @austink) Interested in providing feedback / testing? this is maybe niche but i think something like this could be nifty for stuff like appraisals/certifications/inspections for used heavy equipment. did a short stint in that industry and it's really lacking in trust - i feel like verifiablly unaltered timestamped+geotagged inspection images could help disintermediate things

Congratulations July. This is an exciting moment in history. Wrote a speculative concept about the use of cameras like this in capturing spatial data in my Masters program. Now advocating for Onchain verifiability with motivation from previous and upcoming work 👀 Will be holy to get my hands on this beauty or even to get to chat about the tech behind it.
