i went around talking to vendors today in socal to ask about what their thoughts are on crypto.
my takeaway is that because the US has an efficient (enough) dollar, the only incentives for someone to want to come onchain are to:
1. earn more yield on your dollar that outperforms hysa's
2. send money to your international relatives instantly
3. increase the efficiency of doing cross-border business so your time-to-value on a net-30/60/90 transaction drastically decreases
4. participate in the open market under 18 y/o
5. pay for something where you want to be anon
