When the USD loses strength against other currencies, investors start looking for higher-yielding assets or those that preserve value.
💡 Why might it weaken soon?
Clear signals on the horizon:
- Rate cuts → cheaper money
- End of QT → less liquidity drain
- Possible QE → massive money injection
- Greater global liquidity → less demand for the dollar as a safe haven
- Rising risk appetite → flows into volatile assets
📈 And Bitcoin?
Historically, weak dollar = risk-on + abundant liquidity → BTC gets ahead of the cycle and captures early flows.
The dollar gives ground… and Bitcoin takes a deep breath. 🚀
