today is a good day. not because the day is great but because i'm making it great. not because i woke up great but because i got up. and i was great. it's not what was, and what is to be never will be. it's what's in front of us. the only thing we can control. and control is a very open word. so what will you do? go out into the world and choose to be great? or let the sharp jaws of the universe eat you alive? either way, one thing's for certain. time will pass.

one of the things that gets me really excited about puerto rico is that a lot of investors and high net worth folks coming from the mainland keep telling me the island is 20-30 years behind on infrastructure in some areas, up to 50 in others and as the cultural weight of puerto rico grows, and puerto ricans keep dominating on the mainland, i'm genuinely excited to see what this place looks like in 10 years we already saw tourism spike after bad bunny season. i think more and more americans start moving out here once they realize it's truly la isla del encanto if you haven't visited, go. and if you're already out here, send me a message and let's link up
