Lemon Blueberry Scones: Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder. Cut in 1/2 cup cold butter. Stir in 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 cup fresh blueberries. Shape into a circle, cut into 8 wedges. Bake 15-18 min. Enjoy! #Recipe #Baking #Delicious
