At the Netherlands Institute for Space Research, we created a 5-minute video showcasing our contributions to NASA's balloon mission, GUSTO. If you're not familiar, GUSTO was launched from Antarctica at the end of last year and set a new NASA record for the longest balloon flight, lasting an incredible 57 days. During this mission, we observed star-forming tracers—oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon—to help unravel the mysteries of star formation. Our observations aimed to shed new light on how stars are born, deepening our understanding of the universe.
