i didn't delete instagram - my wife and friends still send me memes - but i turned off all notifs and removed it from my main folder 

i agree life is much better without it

can’t claim that im not addicted to some level but the intensity is reduced by a lot by just muting them.

I barely ever use Instagram... and the times I do, it’s just to check out the posts my wife sends me. If I don’t, she won’t let me back in the house!

That’s the sweet spot tbh. Reduced noise, but still looped into the laughter
