Consumers don’t actually care about AI. They care about outcomes. GenAI, computer vision, automation, robotics, LLMs, etc., are not the same. GenAI gets the hype but automation gets the retention. People gravitate to AI when it removes friction, saves time, or handles the boring stuff. Value > novelty, every time
