Sharing what I’m building with Treasure on Farcaster because quality of dialogue on Twitter has been poor in recent years. - AI Companions: personally I love AI companions, follow online user communities for them, and have seen people on Reddit asking for crypto without realizing that’s what they’re saying. Users complain that their companions are not durable and siloed. Here, I see all the hope I had for NFTs in one clear use case. With x402 we can make companions that interoperate between apps with clean elegant UX. And the utility that users want is achievable NOW. Crypto is so jaded... I’m confused why no one sees how big this market opportunity is. For now, we are experimenting with what asset form is most appropriate for companions—NFTs or a dedicated coin for pay per use or subscription—and reaching out to web2 users directly. - ERC-8004 lending protocol: we have built a version of Compound where only agents can borrow, and interest rates adjust based on reputation.
