I am looking for a community management or cultural development focused role inside of Web3. Although I would argue it is impossible to be an expert in something that is still developing, through 5 years of research and primary experiences in web3 community building, I have become a specialist in hi-tech community spaces and cultural development. My values are human centered (not really wealth centered, although one can argue that financial freedom and self actualization inevitably dovetail.) The systems and programs I develop for decentralized orgs are all set up to empower the individuals from the bottom up, or outside in, resulting in the progressive decentralization of power, expansion of cultural impact, and wide-spread adoption. If you know of any great projects that need people for community stewardship or planning, I am looking for places to be of service.
