There's en email going around claiming to be from the Ethereum Foundation, cleverly playing off their new Torchbearer campaign (x.com/ethereum/statu…).
It's a wallet drainer. ⚠️
The email comes from <[email protected]>. It's asking you to 'pass the Torch' within 24 hours to qualify for a commemorative NFT.
Please be damn careful. And use a wallet like Rabby that alerts you when a signature request includes permissions to spend your tokens.
