Just had this incredible roasted chicken done in the South of France style. The meat was super tender and juicy, and so well-marinated with herbs. Honestly, if the skin had been a little crispier, it would have been absolutely perfect. Still, such a delicious and comforting meal! Definitely hits the spot.
