12,700/month in volume to cover the minimum ATTOM subscription is very achievable for a Base token with any traction at all. Even modest organic trading gets it there.
The protocol doesn't need to pre-load 158M records. It queries on demand — a user searches an address, the API returns that property's data. At $95/month that's roughly 500–1,000 queries/month at entry tier. Enough to prove the concept and serve early users.
