Bitcoin rose to a record price of more than $69,000 Tuesday, months after federal regulators allowed the asset class to enter the mainstream via exchange-traded funds, or ETFs. One bitcoin was valued at $69,208.79 at one point, though a sell-off soon after pushed it down to about $65,000 by late morning.
