I’m currently in a bit of a holding pattern, waiting for my heart surgery on the 18th (unless it decides to surprise me sooner — how spontaneous 😅). I seriously can’t wait to feel better and get back to living life full blast! I’m not afraid of this heart surgery. Because I’ve already survived things that should’ve broken me. I made it out of an abusive marriage—kicked out, car taken, affair betrayed and left with nothing. I survived sepsis…organ failure, over a month in the hospital, and nearly lost my leg. With over 85k in hospital bills after insurance 😮‍💨 I fought stage 3A cervical cancer—on my own. I gave birth, hemorrhaged, and almost didn’t make it. And still had to split the hospital bill 😆 I became a full-time single mom, held it all together, and gave my child everything I had. I’ve been diagnosed with three autoimmune diseases… sclera derma, myositis and vasculitis. And now—two holes in my heart that need surgery asap. And suffering every day 🖤
