Big day for Coinbase! Bringing BTC to Ethereum, backed by the trust of Coinbase, is a huge win.
BTC is an ideal form of collateral in DeFi, but only so much as you trust the custodian. I would feel much more comfortable in the cbBTC wrapped asset than its alternative.
