Bad quad tear in 2023. Could barely walk for six months. Gained 42 pounds. I had to fight my way back. I enlisted help from my right-hand man, Sterling, and we went to work physically and Lillian dialed in my internal health. Healed my my leg and my sprit. Three years later, at 50 years old, I hit 15% body fat! I feel better than I did in my 20s. Energy for days. Strong enough to keep up with my kids. That is the real goal. Not vanity. To be an engaged father. Present. Strong. Capable. Leading by example. Spiritually, physically, and financially dialed in. GYST.
