Thomas Sankara nationalized Burkina Faso’s land and resources. Patrice Lumumba sought Congo’s wealth for the Congolese. Both were assassinated—not by foreign armies, but by men in their inner circles, armed and guided by foreign intelligence. Belgium and France didn’t pull the triggers, but they loaded the guns and wrote the script.
This is the blueprint: destabilize from within, replace sovereignty with dependency, and call it liberation.
