I bought 2L of milk and 1L of cream today. $13 CAD. I was stunned. Yes, it was at a convenience store, not a grocery store but still. I still remember yesterday when that would have been under $10. 😅

I feel so much better today, that trip to the Dr. last week was a real throat punch I didn't see coming. Only now just recovering from it. Anyway, what's done is done. I hope he figures out how to feel safe soon or he's gonna wind up as messed up as I am in his near future! 😅

You made me look. 😊 I touched water a couple of weeks ago, I went swimming in a pool for the first time in... like 20 years? It was so awesome, nobody was there and I just floated for a long time, hearing nothing but the thrum of my own heartbeat. Enjoy your water touching!!!
