Well first step would be to drop the "sir". 
For two reasons, 
1. It should be capitalized, otherwise it's an insult Sir. 🫡
2. I'm female. 😅 But in such cases, I will accept Ser as a greeting, because it's quietly considered a hat tip to having read Game of Thrones as opposed to just watching it.

Next step: find yourself. That's not easy. Learn from those whose vibe you like, but always apply it to yourself. Determine what it is you like about them and rather than try to emulate it, start looking for it in yourself and liking that. Because it's there already or you wouldn't be able to see it in others.

I don't know what else to answer, but I think you are right. Being someone else is not necessarily possible, but being yourself is much better, it's just that we need to find something that is not in other people, it's a little difficult but it doesn't mean it can't be found.
