AI will not replace all traditional jobs. While AI excels at automating routine, repetitive, and data-heavy tasks (data entry, basic customer service, simple coding, assembly-line work, etc.), many jobs still heavily rely on uniquely human abilities:Deep creativity and original thinking Complex emotional intelligence & empathy Ethical judgment in ambiguous situations Physical dexterity in unpredictable environments Building trust-based long-term relationships Most realistic forecasts suggest: 60–70% of current jobs will be significantly affected (tasks automated or augmented) But only 10–25% of jobs are likely to be fully eliminated in the next 15–20 years The larger outcome will be job transformation — new roles will emerge, and humans + AI collaboration will become the norm in most fields.Related sources: https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/future-of-work
