I've been on Twitter since 2007. Grew large organic following after writing the first best-selling book on Twitter for business, Twitter Power. Was verified in the first round. Paid for Blue, but I have been stuck in the approval process for more than 2 months. Support team is absolutely worthless. So I'm here. Hi.
