Deleting social media apps from your phone might be the highest ROI mental health move you can make in under 30 seconds.

I have been thinking about doing this, I would like to ask did it really make that big of a difference for you?

It’s wild how dragging one app to the trash can feels like lifting 10 bricks off your brain. Peace really is a tap away.

I delete now and then for a break. It really does make a difference. For a 30 second action It's up there with giving yourself a "state break" where you just do a random physical action like shaking your body like a fish out of water while saying "the blorps are not intentional" or some such nonsense.
