I’ve never seen it snow so much so fast
Been in a reading slump recently so I turned to one of my all time favorites.
Coronaviruses have been popping up in a cyclical pattern for the past couple of decades: 2002 - SARS 2012 - MERS 2019 - COVID-19 I wonder how far away we are from the next one?
Any tips for a beginner runner looking to run a marathon in a year? I’m not running at all currently and am wondering if building a base before I start marathon training is necessary.

Any one know a good alternative to AG1? AG1 seems to be the best greens shake by far, but I’m looking for something that won’t break the bank.
What are your favorite hidden gems in the city? I’m new to Chicago so any recommendations on your favorite spots would be awesome. These could be parks, bars, restaurants, etc.
