I squatted in the Romaleos 2 last week and bought these which are the 4s. I haven’t squatted in the 4s yet, but when I squatted in the 2s, they helped a lot.
The shoes help so much because I have long legs and need the extra ankle mobility to get deeper into squats.
I have always squatted with flats but have been learning way more about how my body works best to generate the most power in these types of lifts. Highly recommend them!
