“Crypto culture” used to mean Bitcoin maximalism, anon frog PFPs, and Discord raids. But now we’re seeing a new wave: professionalized, global, builder-driven networks that look more like open-source software communities than casino chatrooms. The cultural transition from gambling to building is happening right now — but most outsiders still think crypto = memes. Good. Let them sleep.
