It's delicious, but it's a little too much rice!! Recently, it's a good season to eat bamboo shoots. Crispy and tender bamboo shoots are fried with shredded pork. They really go well with rice. Method: 1⃣️Band the bamboo shoots when you buy them, scald them first, and then soak them. Tear it into thin strips and cut it into segments. 2⃣️Add shredded pork with pepper, soy sauce and starch to marinate, and then sprinkle with cooking oil to lock in the water. Heat the oil and put the meat silky until it changes color. 3⃣️Hot oil to fry minced garlic and chopped chili peppers, stir-fry bamboo shoots, add shredded meat and stir-fry evenly, season with salt, raw soy sauce and chicken essence, and finally add green peppers and stir-fry a few times. It's really fragrant and goes well with rice. Go and try it~
