That house that you love so much, that cost you ₦400,000,000, someone else thinks it is overpriced. But to you it is not, it is worth every kobo you paid and you have no plans to sell it. Stocks are pretty much the same.
Some buy stocks to sell to another person when the prices are higher, some buy so their children can inherit, some buy for income and so many other reasons.
It is up to you to find your reason for buying
