Too often I see people who could be competition and my first instinct is to find the flaws in their work instead of trying to learn. Gotta work on that.

I was like that but when I understood that observing and admiring was more important, I changed the perspective. Besides, competing on an equal footing is genuinely fair, I feel bad when it’s not a fair competition.
