On robotics supply and demand.
I spent the last few weeks speaking to over thirty robotics founders globally. Many shared the same pain point: pent-up demand from clients that they are unable to serve, due to limited capital for production.
Often, they are left with two options: to accept convertible loans from specialized financiers at bloated rates or raise funds at 2.5x-3x inflated valuations, making their fundraising unattractive.
Robotics has a capital formation problem - a supply and demand mismatch.
