I’ve been really getting into health and longevity as I near 50 years old. The biggest game changer so far is routine. I eat 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 bananas everyday for breakfast. I’ve been doing it for about 6 months and I thought it would get old, but for some reason it keeps getting better👍
