Founders? Bullish on their own thingâbecause they have to be
But operators? Theyâre betting their careers on this
Theyâre locked in for at least 1.5 yearsâanything less makes it look like they got fired or canât commit
So when a top operator joins a project, *pay attention*
Theyâre the only ones making real long-term bets
