I've been trying to get my sleep schedule in check, and it's made a huge difference. I used to stay up late, but now I'm aiming for an earlier bedtime. Waking up at the same time every day, even on weekends, has really helped me feel more rested. I also started doing some light exercise in the morning, like a quick walk or some stretching. It's amazing how that little bit of movement can set a positive tone for the whole day. Another thing I've noticed is that cutting down on screen time before bed has improved my sleep quality. I try to read a book or listen to some calming music instead. And, of course, I’m being more mindful about what I eat and drink, especially in the evening. No more heavy meals or caffeine late in the day. It’s all about finding a balance that works for me.
