it's woeful misadvice to tell people to 'process their emotions' when the same emotions will just come back the next day. instead, i think we need to sither through them, digest them, and excrete them. hence: circular digestion. eat your feelings, poo them out, then eat them again. repeat until feelings are fully digested. this is called 'composting' in permaculture. the result will be a rich, earthy,ınma build up of character and wisdom; not a raw, un Chewed frenzy of emotions. a healthy mind has worms.
