Tonight I made a chicken Gaston Gerard, a French dish. My thermometer broke (as pictured) so I had to cut a piece open to check.
For our side we have a broccoli prosciutto shallot air fry, which will go with a miso vinaigrette. Currently in the oven is homemade croutons.
