#SEC #Ripple The SEC agreed to reduce the fine for Ripple from $2 billion to $102.6 million The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) responded to a recent request from Ripple lawyers, who called the regulator's requested fine of $2 billion unfair and proposed a payment of $10 million. In a letter to Judge Analisa Torres, the SEC noted that $10 million is too small an amount. which “would not meet the objectives of laws on administrative penalties.”
