as promised, we increased @base.base.eth's gas target 1.5x to 3.75 mgas/s this gives 50% more capacity and you can see the impact to fees - they started to sharply decline after the change we'll monitor through EOW, then increase to 5 mgas/s early next week if all looks well onwards!
