increasing @base's gas target to 3.75 mgas/s tomorrow we'll monitor, then increase to 5 mgas/s early next week our north star is 1 Ggas/s and we'll keep increasing incrementally, while we make progress on increasing L1 DA, managing state growth, and scaling execution
