The "2-cap-table problem" A red flag for me as an investor is 2 cap tables. For example: two companies by the same founder that are strongly linked in some way (e.g. IP license agreement). Or a for-profit entity having a utility token, thereby effectively creating 2 cap tables.

What is the best embedded wallet out there? We are looking for something a web2 user can use without the usual complexities. Current options: coinbase WaaS, web3auth. Anything else?

I believe in Product-Founder-Fit I don't know why I am so drawn towards tokenization of companies, but I am. Since TheDAO, and now with Tokenize.it, that's what I want to work on. What are the best Product-Founder-Fit's out there?
