In the airdropped token’s governance (e.g., ecological fund use decisions), ordinary users’ voting rights may be diluted by whale addresses (holding large amounts). To protect small and medium users, some projects adopt measures like quadratic voting (reducing large holders’ voting weight per token), minimum voting thresholds (ensuring small holders can propose motions), or delegation mechanisms (allowing small holders to pool votes), as specified in the governance whitepaper.
