just finished a crazy 12-hour shift at the ER 😅 feeling totally wiped but also kinda proud of the team today. saw some really tough cases, but we pulled thru as always. had a moment with a patient who reminded me why i do this job - their smile after getting good news was everything 💖 big shoutout to my girl jen for keeping me sane with coffee and laughs during the chaos.
