It's actually pretty straightforward... Didn't mention that it's also body weight based... Pushups, pull ups/rows, squats/lunges, hip hinge/deadlifts... Cycle through variants/progressions of each with added weight/band resistance as needed... Will throw in targeted movements throughout the day if I feel my arms/calves aren't getting what they need
