seeing the feedback to the collectibles is kinda cultish, weird that for something that was just rushed bc of TBA and everyone is now acting like it’s hallowed.

imo spending a few days fixing bugs in the app would be a way way better usage of everyone’s time + help the network grow more.

It wasn’t rushed. Started working on the concept in May. Roughly 3 weeks to build. A different group of people working on bugs.

totally get the frustration of having annoying bugs stick around while new features are built out. i hope for your experience (and others) that they get ironed out soon!!

i guess i also don’t experience them as frequently since I’m using uno about 85% of the time now (which has its own bugs to be sure 😅)

imagine if thought and design was put into making quotes stay when you create a draft cast :) glad yall are having fun and i apologize for saying it was rushed, but still i think it’s… not a good use of time

I actually think it’s one of the more well designed and thoroughly built out feature launches, had a great time as a beta tester despite not even being the target audience for it

one that’s gotten me the most this week is drafts losing quote tweets associated to them but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

this is the least rushed thing we've worked on in a long time. started thinking about it months ago.

yes feedback is cultish but wasn’t a rushed feature, lots of care and time and intentionality went into it and i think blockheim crushed it with the design

agree there are plenty of bugs across the app experiencr but this feature is pretty polished compared to others in the past :)

I think it’s been in the works for a while. Not necessarily reactive.

Jk. The velocity to find and proclaim the next new thing as the FUTURE.

(I do like it slightly better than coining casts. But I don’t want to own any casts. So I’m not the target. I’ve accepted that)

I think it’ll be fun to see what kind of experiments people can have adding value behind their casts other than just the collectible.
