It’s easy to fail when you set unrealistic goals. You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to achieve optimal health. Quite the opposite actually. A few repeatable habits done consistently will get most to their fitness goals.
Something to keep in mind when embarking on your fitness journey: Working out for 5 minutes is better than zero minutes. If you’re having an off day and you have a planned workout, tell yourself you’ll do just 5-10 minutes total. More of the than not, you’ll surprise yourself and may even do the whole workout!
