You’re Growing, They’re Chilling. Accept It. Growth is personal. Not everyone is ready no matter how much you want them to be. You might be committed to becoming better, but you can’t drag others along who aren’t willing. It drains you and slows you down. Your first responsibility is to stand up yourself. Only when you’re standing strong can you lift others without falling. I get it, this might not sit well with everyone. But if you’ve tried and it hasn’t worked, you already know: growth isn’t a group project. Stand first. Then lift others. That’s the real path to impact.
