One way: event participation is one good way 😉

Another way: anyone that's not a bot, farmer, spam, etc.

The best way: people who have some social presence + activity on-chain. Not the "bought a few coins two years ago" but don't do anything else crowd. Maybe the membership list of the 100 most active communities?

All three for me. Regarding 1 & 2, it's really hard to discover what *real people* are doing and building in the space, because there's so much spam / manipulation.

Honestly, this is a longer discussion. But, my mission has always been to find ways to bring economic prosperity to people globally. 

I want people to easily earn a living through a digital economy accessible to all. 

We need education, and better methods of economic engagement.

3 + the friction/scaryness around signing, totally get that permissioning is moving towards a 'sign once' approach though

We’ve had a lot of brands though. Almost hard to think of a brand that hasn’t ventured in yet

we need more brands (like reddit / nike / starbucks) creating experiences around digital assets

need more web3 companies to focus on brand partnerships and onboarding brands (who will in turn onboard retail users)

not enough compliant & convenient on/off ramps

+ complicated/intimidating on-ramp for newbies, bad wallet UX when interacting with apps (especially mobile), too many grifters and bad actors (phishing, scams, etc.)

3 - There's so much to do, but mainly you're stopped because of gas

Who uses NEAR? I see them at every conferences but I have yet to meet anyone using it on a weekly basis at least.

I also don’t think 1 is a problem for my usage. Mainly use crypto to invest long term, so I simply DCA once a week.

4. Jargons 

The industry’s obsession with crypto native jargons to communicate anything is annoyingly obvious.

Wallet insecurity. “Just get a Ledger” they said…it’s hard for the average person to keep up with best practices.
