Today is my favorite workout day! Hill runs + Core workout promted by @afrochicks @metzmusic The first two hill runs are fun. The third starts to get hard. The fourth and fifth are brutal. And then the core workout is a nightmare after feeling dead from the hill runs. This is why you should work with a trainer. They will push you to do workouts you usually wouldn’t have chosen and hold you accountable in ways that an LLM can’t.
